  • • This defines the media limitations of how the licenced images may be used by the licensee.
    • Any additional use must be agreed in advance between the licensor and the licensee, and an additional fee may be applicable.
  • • Non-Exclusive means an image would remain available for use by other commercial customers at any time.
    • Exclusive means an image licence would be granted to the licensee alone and wouldn't be available for use by other commercial customers during the agreed licence period.
  • If a fixed time period does not suit your requirements, an In-Perpetuity option may be available. This means a licence has no time limit provided that the terms of use agreed between the licensor and the licensee remain unchanged.
