Living Earth Photography reserves the right to make amendments to descriptions of products within this website at any time.
Price and availability may be subject to change, or amendment, without notice at any time and without Living Earth Photography incurring liability.
The price of the products will be the price quoted in the website at the time your order is confirmed and payment has been made.
In addition to the product price, you will also pay any shipping charges as quoted in the website during checkout.
Colour Reproduction Disclaimer
All image processing is undertaken on a fully calibrated monitor to ensure accurate colour rendering and that reproduction in print represents the image intended.
Please note, most home PC, laptop and mobile device screens are not colour calibrated, therefore both the printed image and frame colour supplied may not exactly match the colours viewed on the website.
Photography Workshop/Tour Terms and Conditions
All participants, who take part in any course, workshop or photo tour with Aidan White t/a Living Earth Photography, must be aged 18 years or over.
Although Aidan will always endeavour to ensure that workshops are held in a safe environment, participants acknowledge that outdoor activities do incur a degree of reasonable risk, that ground conditions may be rocky, uneven or slippery, and that weather conditions may change unexpectedly. Participants should wear appropriate waterproof/warm outdoor clothing and hiking boots.
Participants acknowledge that they are individually responsible themselves for their own health and safety and the safety of their equipment. Aidan does not provide any insurance cover and accepts no responsibility/liability for personal injury/illness or damage to personal belongings and camera equipment whilst on the workshop or photo tour. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Participants are recommended to organise their own travel, health and equipment insurance in advance of the workshop or photo tour. It is a participant’s own personal choice whether, or not, to organise their own insurance and whether, or not, to participate in the workshop or photo tour.
Aidan reserves the right to cancel, rearrange or postpone an entire course or a specific lesson at any time if due to circumstances outside the control of Living Earth Photography, and will endeavour to provide participants with timely notice.
Course and workshop participants will be requested to sign an insurance indemnity prior to taking part in outdoor activities.
All courses and tuition are based at locations within Ireland only. Please note additional travel costs may apply if home or location based tuition is over 50km from Wicklow Town.
Ordering, Shipping Rates and Payment
You may purchase products through the online Shop within this website. Payment must be received in full prior to shipping of your product or prior to commencing a photography course or workshop.
The details of products selected, the individual product costs, and shipping rate are listed within the shopping Cart prior to Checkout.
Shipping rates will be calculated depending on the products ordered and the destination country prior to final payment. The cost of shipping will be the rate quoted in the website at the time your order is confirmed and payment has been made. Any additional products ordered may incur additional shipping charges.
Shipping rates may be subject to change, or amendment, without notice at any time prior to order and without Living Earth Photography incurring liability.
Payment is processed securely via your choice of either Stripe or PayPal, not within this website. Once Stripe or PayPal process your payment, an email confirmation of payment and your order details are sent to Living Earth Photography. Living Earth Photography do not collect or store credit card information.
Living Earth Photography are not liable in the unlikely event of Stripe or PayPal being unavailable at the time of order, as both are independent payment services outside the control of Living Earth Photography. If you experience issues with Stripe or PayPal, an alternative payment method outside this website is via SumUp. Tax
Value Added Tax (VAT) is currently not applicable to any pricing for products or services sold by Living Earth Photography on this website. This tax status may however be amended in future, please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current tax status.
Production and Delivery
Once confirmation of payment and order details are received, your order will be checked and printed.
Living Earth Photography reserve the right at any time to cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, Living Earth Photography will refund you the price of the products and shipping paid.
Supply times may vary throughout the year, depending upon seasonal demand. Any specified delivery date that you may request cannot always be guaranteed, however Living Earth Photography will always endeavour to deliver the products by your requested delivery date. Generally, orders are dispatched within 2-3 weeks of placing an order.
Living Earth Photography will arrange for delivery of the products you order to the confirmed shipping address provided to us.
Heavyweight postal tubes for prints and double-walled cardboard for both mounted and framed prints are used to help ensure your purchase is as well protected as possible during transit. Whilst either An Post or a reputable courier will always be used, Living Earth Photography have no direct control of your shipment whilst in transit.
Unless otherwise specified, all products dispatched will originate from Ireland. Living Earth Photography will always obtain proof of posting upon dispatch.
Customs and Excise
Should you place an order for products to be delivered outside the Republic of Ireland, the products may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the products arrive at the customs and excise entry point of the destination country.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Living Earth Photography has no control over these charges. Contact your local customs office for advice should you have any concerns before placing your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. Living Earth Photography will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Cancellation and Returns – Physical Products
It is very much hoped that you are completely satisfied with any products delivered, therefore you must inspect the products as soon as possible following delivery.
If you are not satisfied with any products delivered, or if you have changed your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt date of the products. Should you wish to do so, you must notify Living Earth Photography in writing by email or post advising that you wish to cancel the order. See the Return Address and Contact Details section below.
You must return the products to us in the condition in which they were received, within 14 days from the date of written cancellation. You will be responsible for arranging the safe return to us of any unwanted products by recorded delivery to our address below, the costs of which will be borne by you.
If you have cancelled your order because of the unsatisfactory condition in which the products were received, Living Earth Photography may request a photograph of the damaged products delivered and ask you to return the products, if appropriate. In this event, Living Earth Photography will pay the cost of recorded delivery to our address below and may request a scanned copy of your postage receipt.
You do not need to provide your reasons for cancellation, however all feedback helps Living Earth Photography to continuously improve its service.
Refunds – Physical Products
If you cancel your order as specified in the Cancellation and Returns – Physical Products section, or in the event of complete loss during transit, you will be entitled to a full refund of the products purchased, including outbound shipping charges.
A refund will be submitted within 14 days following our receipt of the returned products from you, or once confirmation of complete loss is received from the shipping company.
Cancellation and Refunds – Photography Courses and Workshops
Should you cancel your participation in a photography course or workshop prior to the commencement date, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Should you cancel your participation in a photography course or workshop after the commencement date, you will be entitled to a full refund less the course or workshop time you have already participated in, calculated on a pro-rata basis per day.
Living Earth Photography reserves the right to cancel, rearrange or postpone an entire course or a specific lesson at any time if due to circumstances outside the control of Living Earth Photography, and will endeavour to provide you with timely notice.
If Living Earth Photography cancels a photography course or workshop prior to the commencement date you will be entitled to a full refund.
Reissues
In the event of receiving delivery in an unsatisfactory condition due to damage incurred in transit, or following complete loss in transit, you may prefer a reissue of the products ordered instead of an order cancellation.
Where delivery is received in an unsatisfactory condition, Living Earth Photography will first request details in writing by post or email and a photograph of the damaged products, as delivered, within 14 days of the delivery date.
Once a reissue is agreed with Living Earth Photography, identical products will be reissued and dispatched to the original confirmed delivery address within 2-3 weeks.
In the unlikely event of repeated loss or damage in transit following the first reissue, Living Earth Photography reserves the right to cancel the order in full and issue you with a full refund within 14 days following written notification of damage from you, or once confirmation of complete loss is received from the shipping company.
